Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, downloadable resources, templates, courses, etc.), all sales are considered final and non-refundable once payment is completed and access is granted.

2. ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES
If you made a duplicate payment or purchased the wrong item by mistake, please email me within 24 hours. I will gladly review the situation and issue a refund or replacement where appropriate.

If you experience technical problems accessing a product you’ve purchased, please contact me immediately. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. A refund will only be considered if I am unable to deliver the product after a good-faith effort.
