SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all physical products purchased through https://sdfompun.com. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES
I currently ship within Nigeria and to selected international locations. Standard shipping methods include registered courier services such as GIG Logistics, DHL, or NIPOST.
- Within Nigeria: 2–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or unexpected events.
3. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. Any promotional “free shipping” offers will be clearly stated.
4. DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. I am not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES
If your package is delayed, missing, or delivered damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at sdfompun [at] gmail [dot] com. I will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Please note: I am not liable for lost packages after confirmed delivery by the courier.
7. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
